Café culture

Paris boasts thousands of cafés. Bill and I have visited the City of Light several times and I can recall only once, when friends from London popped over to visit us for the day (“My love, why don’t we go see the boys in Paris for lunch”) did we actually sit down to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the world go by on the sidewalk in front of us. I just checked the French yellow pages online to see that Carcassonne has 39 cafés. Much more manageable, in fact, I think we should make it a goal to visit each one for comparison purposes. Anyone want to join in?

    1. Better bring your sunglasses. With 300 days of glorious sunshine each year those sidewalk cafés can get mighty bright!
